Delete your Resolve account.

You can permanently delete your Resolve account and personal data at any time. This action is irreversible.

Option 1 — Delete from the mobile app (recommended)

  1. Open the Resolve app and sign in.
  2. Tap the Settings tab.
  3. Scroll to Account → Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion. Your account will be removed immediately.

Option 2 — Delete from the web

If you can't access the mobile app, sign in below to delete your account directly.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile (name, email, phone, authentication credentials)
  • Your chat conversations and message history
  • Photos you uploaded during chat sessions
  • Your session and access tokens

What is retained

  • Home and device records managed by your integration company (they own this data)
  • Audit logs (with your user ID anonymized)
  • Aggregated anonymous usage analytics
  • Records required to be retained by law (e.g., tax, legal disputes)
