How it works
Your integrator invites you
You receive an access code or email invite from your integration company. Download the Resolve app and sign in.
The AI already knows your home
Your integrator has already loaded your device list, room layout, and system documents. No setup on your end.
Ask anything
Chat with the AI 24/7 about anything in your home. It walks you through fixes, checks device status, and answers questions.
Escalate when needed
If the AI can’t solve it, tap “Request Support.” It sends a full summary to your integrator so the technician arrives already briefed.
Your privacy
Voice is never stored. Audio is transcribed in real time and discarded immediately.
We don't sell your data. Your conversations are only shared with your integration company — the team that already services your home.
No advertising, no tracking cookies. The app has no ad SDKs and no third-party trackers.
Delete any time. One tap in the app permanently erases your account, conversations, and photos.
Safety first
Resolve is a support tool, not an emergency service. For any situation involving fire, smoke, carbon monoxide, gas leaks, electrical shock, flooding, or personal safety, stop using the app and call 911 (or your local emergency number).

Does this cost me anything?+
The Resolve app is free to download. Your service relationship — including any fees — is between you and your integration company.
Can the AI control my home?+
Not today. Resolve answers questions and walks you through fixes, but it does not trigger actions on your devices directly. That keeps you in control.
Who sees my conversations?+
Only you and authorized personnel at your integration company. Resolve does not sell, share, or advertise against your data.
What if the AI gets something wrong?+
The AI is helpful but not infallible. Any answer that matters — especially anything involving safety, electrical systems, or expensive hardware — you should confirm with your integrator before acting on.
Can I bring my own integrator?+
Resolve is provided by your integration company; you can't sign up independently. If your integrator doesn't use Resolve yet, point them to us.
